Make a difference. Text WACA11 £2 to 70070 to support the Watford African Caribbean Association.
The energetic African folktale, music and dance group, Kulture Afrik, will be performing in the toy department at John Lewis, Intu Centre, Watford on Saturday 30th August. There will be two storytelling sessions - 12noon and 1pm.

Originating from Nigeria, the group of mothers will share their passion of African culture by entertaining customers and their children with songs, actions, visual aids and great stories based on a tortoise and a lizard. All stories end in a moral.

"The children were absolutely enthralled and beautifully engaged with lyrics, accompanying storyline and dancing" and  "excellent" are two comments from Schools.

John Lewis has selected the Watford African Caribbean Association as one of their Community Matters charities. The Community Matters scheme aims to forge close links with local charities and bring quality of life, wherever and whenever John Lewis does business.

To show your support of the Association and scheme, visit the top-floor of John Lewis in the Intu Centre, Watford and insert your green customer token into the Watford African Caribbean Association box (situated in Little Waitrose) before the end of September.
