Why bother to report it ?
If you see a problem do report it:
- Whoever is responsible cannot fix it if they do not know that there is a problem
- Do not rely on others to report the issue as they might not be bothering
- Reports from multiple people are good, they are likely to prioritise the problems that theyreceive most complaints
